WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

We do our best to get all orders out as soon as we can, but please keep in mind that our products are made to order through our supplier. We are not able to expedite orders, but we will get your order out as soon as possible!

All U.S orders are processed in 4-9 business days and ship 3-4 business days. That's 7-13 business days total.

HOW DO YOUR SHIRTS FIT?

All of our products are unisex, unless otherwise noted. For t-shirts, Caleb normally wears a medium and Jenna wears a small. We feel they are true to size, but please take a look at our size guide for reference.

DO THE SHIRTS SHRINK?

The shirts may shrink slightly. We like to wash ours in cold water inside out and hang dry to make sure the shrinking stays at a minimum.

HOW WILL I KNOW MY ORDER HAS SHIPPED?

You will receive an email (with tracking) notifying you when your order has been shipped. If it's been more than 10 business days since you placed the order and you don't see an email from us, check your spam and junk folders. If you still can't find a confirmation or tracking email, please email us.

CAN I CHANGE/CANCEL MY ORDER?

Once an order has been placed, we're unable to make adjustments to the order or cancel the order.

WHAT IF I NEED TO EXCHANGE/RETURN MY ORDER?

We are unable to provide refunds or exchanges for items that do not fit. For this reason, we strongly encourage you to check out the size guide before you purchase an item. If an item is damaged or the design doesn't look correct, please contact us within two weeks of receiving your order.
